Update Post!!

Hello Everyone!!

I have severely neglected my blog lately, but I'm back!!

I thought I might start out with an update post:
For anyone that follows my YouTube Channel (also being currently pushed aside) I have legally changed my name. I do plan on doing either a blog post or video on this subject if anyone is interested in the process etc.

I also have a new job, Im still doing Beauty Therapy, just in a different salon (which is what has been keeping me busy). Although Im not working full time, I am working everyday except Tuesdays and Sundays, so Im using those days for resting, catching up on TV shows, cleaning, washing etc. So I haven't been upto filming or posting etc. However I am going to put myself back on track.
Since I live with my Mum, Sister and her two babies it can be a bit of a challenge to find 'quiet' time which is needed for filming and I havent had much luck brainstorming ideas for my blog. My sister will be moving out this weekend thus freeing me from babysitting duties.

I have changed my room, this is probably my most exciting news (for me anyway). I changed the arrangement of my room but i also changed all my white furniture to black. The white was starting to feel very cold and clinical. As funny as it sounds the black feels homely, welcoming, warm and I like it a lot better

Im hoping to be posting more regularly, however it might be from next week onwards. Either way, keep your eyes open

5 Tips for Healthy Hair!

Hello Ladies,

Im always looking for ways to grow my hair and make it nice and healthy and today I thought I would share some tips with you :)

1. Drink Plenty of water

Your body needs water to generally be healthy and when you consume the recommended 8-10 glasses of water a day you cleanse your body of impurities promoting healthy hair and overall a healthy body.

2.  Eat foods rich in protein

Your hair is made up of proteins. Therefore if you increase your protein intake then you will more than likely grow more hair. Protein rich foods include but are not limited to eggs, fish, meat, nuts, and you can even go as far as to but protein powder from the store to make tasty and healthy protein shakes.

3.  Take a multi-vitamin

Vitamins are essential for healthy hair growth and a healthy body overall. Vitamins that promote hair growth include vitamin E, Biotin, Vitamin A, Vitamin B3 and Iron to name a few. These vitamins help with blood circulation in the scalp which is essential for hair growth.

4.  Massage your scalp

Once again, good blood circulation is a key factor in growing hair. Massaging your scalp daily for at least 10 minutes will help to circulate the blood in your scalp which will eventually lead to new hair growth.

5.  Wash Hair Often

A healthy scalp will promote and produce healthy hair and you scalp must be dirt and clog free for hair follicles to grow easier. Washing your hair often will prevent build up from hair products and lead to a much cleaner healthier scalp.
